About the role
- Develop and manage business reporting functions
- Build data processes to drive quality and accuracy of the data set
- Prepare reports and analyze data to support business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends and issues in analysis
- Recommend system modifications and enhancements to improve data management
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Power user of MS Excel (advanced skills a must)
- SQL database experience
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise CRM (Sales Force preferred)
- Solid experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake, Domo, etc.
- Knowledge of insurance domain preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Creative thinker with a passion for solving complex problems
