• Develop and manage business reporting functions
• Build data processes to drive quality and accuracy of the data set
• Prepare reports and analyze data to support business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends and issues in analysis
• Recommend system modifications and enhancements to improve data management

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
Power user of MS Excel (advanced skills a must)
SQL database experience
Demonstrated experience working with enterprise CRM (Sales Force preferred)
Solid experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake, Domo, etc.
Knowledge of insurance domain preferred
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Creative thinker with a passion for solving complex problems
