About the role
- Responsible for assisting with reporting and reconciling all Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) portfolios.
- Report loan level activity to GSE agencies daily.
- Assist in preparation of monthly reconciliations for GSE portfolios.
- Provide support for completing Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae and FHLB reconciliations.
- Complete the transfer of new GSE loan sales by clients to proper portfolios.
- Provide back up support for other department functions as needed.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in accounting field desired.
- Previous experience in mortgage banking industry desired.
- Previous experience using MSP (Black Knight) required.
- 3+ years previous experience with GSE investor reporting required.
