Business Intelligence Analyst

• Lead the BI function, mentoring the team and establishing best practices in data modeling, transformation, and visualization
• Own the full BI stack across real-time bidding and advertising campaign performance
• Develop and maintain BI models using dbt and SQL, ensuring accuracy and scalability
• Build and oversee dashboards and reporting in Looker (LookML) or Tableau for campaign performance monitoring
• Partner with engineering and ML teams to define datasets and metrics optimized for analytics
• Provide strategic insights to leadership on advertising campaign effectiveness and RTB system performance
• Champion self-serve analytics by building intuitive and scalable BI tools for stakeholders
• Report to the Head of Real Time Bidding and collaborate with executives to optimize ROI and scale
