About the role
- Support the business in decision making and operations efforts by providing data, reporting and business intelligence services
- Create and execute multiple reporting products and processes
- Develop reporting solutions following internal reporting standards and best practices
- Maintain and improve the reliability, efficiency and functionality of existing reports
- Participate in the collection of reporting requirements through intake and prioritization sessions
- Recommend quality and system improvements by analyzing the data issues
- Train users and team members as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using analytical tools
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access tools
