Play a pivotal role in engagement, delivery, deployment and onboarding of CENTRL's clients
Deliver next-gen third party risk and diligence built on automation, analytics and intelligence
Lead new client onboarding and implementation engagements across multiple verticals
Help clients and partners implement our products and plan projects effectively
Demonstrate thought leadership and develop trust with the client by developing in-depth knowledge of their business and vertical
Provide guidance and recommendations on platform configurations to achieve client use case and business process needs
Assist clients with analytics and reporting needs on the CENTRL platform
Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology
Present CENTRL solutions with compelling business benefits and assist sales team with demos and proofs-of-concept
Work directly with CENTRL's Product Management team on understanding the product roadmap and provide input based on client and vertical learnings
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role combined with technical product expertise (such as consulting, solution architecture, professional services, client solutions delivery or technical solutions management)
Very comfortable with clients and providing constructive guidance on their needs & use cases
Expertise with Enterprise software platforms and solutions
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with prioritization and focus
Excellent project management, planning, organization, and influence skills
Cross-functional skills with an ability to cultivate relationships with all other departments
Education: MBA/BS, with evidence of technical experience or equivalent relevant experience
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making
An eagerness to contribute to the success of a fast-paced, start-up environment
Strong passion for innovating on market-leading products
Preferred: Experience in working with and managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrator and packaged software vendors
Preferred: Experience with commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams
Preferred: Ability to work with sales engineers and customer’s technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations
Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
