Project Manager

• Assist the Project Director and Project Manager in administrative management of the project
• Support the Project Manager in development of project plans and deliverables
• Track project progress and identify issues impeding delivery
• Support Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning activities for the project
• Manage the project’s group calendar and develop procedures for team meetings
• Generate spending reports and budget forecasts with the Project Manager

Project Coordinator

Communications

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of integrated communications campaigns in collaboration with and directly holding accountable for output quality for all downstream delivery partners and project stakeholders. You will provide the bridge between external delivery partners and CIR project staff.
• Support the Development, adaptation, and management of communications products, including briefing materials, messaging frameworks, reports, presentations, and content for diverse audiences; in close coordination with the Campaign Team.
• Support stakeholder mapping, relationship management, and engagement activities with implementing partners, consultants, funders, and other relevant actors.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams and downstream delivery partners to ensure alignment of messaging, activities, and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and audience engagement, providing analysis and recommendations to inform communications strategy and decision-making.
• Manage and coordinate project timelines, workflows, and communications outputs, ensuring activities are delivered to a high standard while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Provide input into project reporting and Key performance metrics, and support the development of high-level insight briefings for senior project leadership.

Strategic Communications Campaign Coordinator

Analyst

• Provide ongoing strategic support to strengthen the performance, reach, and engagement of the project's TikTok presence.
• Provide expert guidance on TikTok platform developments, algorithm changes, content optimisation, and performance analysis to support the project's objectives.

• Managing the delivery of open-source research projects.
• Ensuring the right processes and resources are in place to deliver efficiently.
• Overseeing project delivery alongside the project technical lead and relevant CIR Director.
• Developing research plans and defining deliverables.
• Establishing project management arrangements and quality assurance procedures.
• Tracking project progress and resolving issues impeding delivery.
• Building relationships with CIR colleagues, consultants, and partner organisations.
• Working with open-source investigators and remote sensing experts.
