What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience analysing TikTok performance data and platform behaviours.
Strong understanding of TikTok's recommendation systems, ranking factors, audience growth mechanisms, and content distribution patterns.
Proven ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to provide clear, practical, and evidence-based recommendations.
Familiar with analysing and advising on TikTok strategies in emerging markets.
Experience working with NGOs, media organisations, advocacy campaigns, or public-interest communications.
Familiarity with influencer engagement and creator trends.
Experience working in multicultural and international contexts.
French preferred.
