About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the planning and delivery of integrated communications campaigns in collaboration with and directly holding accountable for output quality for all downstream delivery partners and project stakeholders. You will provide the bridge between external delivery partners and CIR project staff.
Support the Development, adaptation, and management of communications products, including briefing materials, messaging frameworks, reports, presentations, and content for diverse audiences; in close coordination with the Campaign Team.
Support stakeholder mapping, relationship management, and engagement activities with implementing partners, consultants, funders, and other relevant actors.
Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams and downstream delivery partners to ensure alignment of messaging, activities, and deliverables.
Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and audience engagement, providing analysis and recommendations to inform communications strategy and decision-making.
Manage and coordinate project timelines, workflows, and communications outputs, ensuring activities are delivered to a high standard while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
Provide input into project reporting and Key performance metrics, and support the development of high-level insight briefings for senior project leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full professional fluency in **both English and Russian**, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Demonstrated experience in strategic communications, public affairs, international development, or related fields.
Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple partners and workstreams.
