Senior Manager, Treasury Client Sales

Compliance

• Oversee Central 1’s RCM Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Provide strategic oversight and monitoring for the development and implementation of the Corporate Policy Framework, promoting alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Offer expert guidance on the continuous monitoring and evaluation of existing policies and standards, ensuring they align with organizational needs, industry best practices, and applicable laws
• Recommend updates as necessary to reflect changes in legislation and enhance overall effectiveness
• Perform risk-based testing on regulatory compliance according to the testing methodology, reporting on findings and risks
• Oversee effective management and communication of testing schedules, including creating annual testing plans for approval by the Director, Compliance and CMALO
• Participate in managing communications and remediation activities as identified by regulators, such as FINTRAC, BCFSA and OSFI
• Monitor, review and report on regulatory developments applicable to Central 1, communicating and collaborating with business lines to proactively address gaps
• Manage updates to the Compliance Policy and applicable Management Standards and Procedures
• Proactively work with stakeholders to support regulatory compliance and sound policy management, and ensure a unified approach to compliance across all functions
• Prepare and present reports on the status of compliance and policy programs, initiatives and activities to senior leadership and the board of directors, highlighting critical issues and recommended actions

Manager, Regulatory Compliance

Risk

• Provide strategic oversight, best practices leadership, and IT governance for Central 1’s Technology operations
• Optimize the effectiveness of the technology function at Central 1
• Act as second in command to the CTOO
• Drive the operational rhythm of the Technology Group, leading critical cross-functional initiatives
• Ensure the successful execution of the short- and long-term technology plan
• Translate the CTOO’s vision and the technology strategy into actionable goals and execution plans
• Oversee the development and monitoring of strategic technology and data roadmaps
• Responsible for the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring project delivery methodologies, high-quality execution, and comprehensive risk management

VP, IT Governance – PMO

• Proactively identify and escalate risk concerns to management while partnering with Treasury team members to investigate and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all existing and new Middle Office processes.
• Keep documentation current through regular updates.
• Maintain the team’s Confluence page and ensure materials are clearly structured and accessible.
• Ensure proper setup and maintenance of static and market data (curves, securities, generators, limits, pricing, yields).
• Confirm that all data requests comply with Central 1 policies and procedures.
• Escalate any requests outside policy to Risk Management for approval.
• Ensure trades and transactions are accurately recorded in the system of record.
• Verify compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Analyze reports to monitor trade compliance and prevent fraudulent or harmful activity.
• Perform daily transaction verifications, end-of-day rating reviews, and off-market testing.
• Perform key compliance and control procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of Treasury activities.
• Support prevention of fraudulent or harmful trading.
• Apply limits in accordance with internal policies.
• Conduct new product and counterparty reviews.
• Complete daily verification processes.
• Administer the credit union custody program. Ensure transactions are entered accurately and on time into the system of record.
• Manage collateral in accordance with collateral agreements. Ensure deadlines and minimum requirements are met. Monitor margin calls and resolve disputes promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Middle Office. Provide backup support for team members when required.

Risk Operations Analyst

Analyst

• Respond to client inquiries through ticketing/email/phone within agreed timelines; gather details, triage, and communicate resolution steps
• Support onboarding/implementations: data intake checks, mapping validation, user guidance, and basic training materials
• Answer routine questions on platform outputs (staging, PD/EAD/LGD, scenario/FLI) and perform first-pass investigation on complex inquiries (review inputs, configuration, segment rules, and proofing checks)
• Escalate when needed with a clear summary of findings, evidence, and recommended next steps to support timely resolution and knowledge transfer
• Execute proofing and QA procedures on model outputs and reporting extracts; document results and investigate variances
• Support UAT and production releases: test execution, defect reproduction, re-testing, evidence capture, and release note inputs
• Maintain complete ticket records (reproduction steps, evidence, resolution, approvals where required) and ensure timely closure to support auditability and trend reporting
• Identify data quality issues (completeness, mapping, rule conformance) and support root-cause analysis with internal technical teams
• Use Excel for reconciliations and checks; leverage Python and/or R-code (asset) for repeatable diagnostics and automation
• Update runbooks, operations manuals, and client-facing “how to interpret outputs” guidance
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to reduce client friction and operational risk
