About the role

  • Monitor branch operations specific to the market assigned
  • Develop strategies and overall branch business plans, annual planning, and budgets for assigned market
  • Produce specific market quality assessment reports along with reviewing and managing patient satisfaction data
  • Work with AVPO along with several cross-functional teams at both the region and corporate level
  • Manage Branch Directors within the assigned market, including people leadership management
  • Analyze assigned market conditions, competitors, and business volume
  • Coordinate with Business Service Center for accounts receivable activities related to branch billing, payroll, credit, and data entry activities
  • Partner with sales counterpart to ensure continued branch growth by expanding our client base
  • Support and ensure execution of performance improvement plans
  • Coach, mentor and engage with Branch Directors and Weekend Managers

Requirements

  • RN licensure in Indiana or Michigan (or both)
  • At least one year of Home Health experience
  • OASIS experience
  • Must have executive presence, leadership, and managerial skills
  • Must have organization and communication skills, and a high level of emotional and engagement intelligence.
