Project Manager

• The A&E Project Manager is responsible for managing project data, project status calls, coordinating site visits with the project team, and on-site inspections
• Coordinate work with internal A&E teams
• Review projects and scope of work with both internal teams and subcontractors prior to project start
• Work with construction manager to ensure all customer required documentation has been gathered
• Prepare / answer proposals and change order requests
• Ensure all customer required documentation is submitted within the milestone dates provided to the customer

A&E Project Manager

Software Engineer

• Support data and mapping needs required to design, construct, identify, deploy and track telecommunications infrastructure and services.
• Operate GIS hardware and software systems, including ArcPro , ArcGIS 10.8.x, ArcGIS Online, AutoCAD , Katapult Software, customer specific Fiber Management software such as Schneider Electric ArcFM or 3-GIS, Microsoft Office, computers, plotters and data collection devices.
• Gather, create, edit, and integrate geospatial data and associated attribute information in geodatabase formats including Shapefiles, KMZ’s, and file geodatabases.
• Assist in publishing/converting information to ArcGIS Services and external sources including AutoCAD, Google Earth, Excel, Mobile platforms & GIS mapping portals.
• Georeference/digitize GIS data, identify and correct errors introduced when merging data sets from multiple sources.
• Find and use freely available resources to gather GIS and related data files and to investigate potential data corrections and updates.
• Process and support field data collected with the ESRI App Suite (Collector, Field Maps)
• Document and maintain records on data processing procedures.
• Create and maintain innovative web maps and mapping portals using ArcGIS Online and legacy systems.

• Oversee and manage cybersecurity architecture
• Develop and implement security policies
• Monitor for vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents
• Work closely with IT and business teams
• Manage overall security posture and protection of networks and data
• Conduct regular security audits
• Point of contact for incident response process
• Monitor security alerts and events
• Develop training programs on security best practices

Manager, IT Cyber Security

Administration

• Implement ERP best practices related to project data and processes
• Maintain ERP project data to reflect project delivery realities
• Identify projects with margin opportunities and risks
• Drive continuous improvement across project controls processes
• Support project reviews and perform project financial administrative functions
• Provide thought leadership partnering with operations and finance to deliver budgeted project margins
• Work closely with operational leadership, project managers, and finance to unlock value from tools, systems, and reporting
• Report to Director of Project Controls (no direct reports)

Project Controls Administrator

• Design and engineer Fiber Optic Networks and support construction, operation and maintenance of fiber optic networks and infrastructure
• Develop and update GIS maps, drawings, and data detailing telecommunications plant and related equipment
• Create, edit, collect, and verify/QC spatial data and associated attributes using ESRI’s ArcGIS software

• Manage final stages of project closure and maintain accurate project documentation and financial data

• Track and manage outstanding orders and materials
• Perform office-based work and occasional fieldwork as needed
