About the role
- Oversee and manage cybersecurity architecture
- Develop and implement security policies
- Monitor for vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents
- Work closely with IT and business teams
- Manage overall security posture and protection of networks and data
- Conduct regular security audits
- Point of contact for incident response process
- Monitor security alerts and events
- Develop training programs on security best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Security
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience
- 2 years of supervising experience
- 5+ years of experience with EDR/MDR Tools
- 5+ years of experience with Email Security Tools
- 5+ years of experience with SIEM Tools
- 5+ years of experience with security frameworks
- 5+ years of Systems/Network Administrator experience
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH preferred.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and CIS Controls.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, web application security, and cloud security.
- Familiarity with security tools such as Intune, Checkpoint Email Security, Action1, Cisco Umbrella, and Sonicwall.
- Ability to analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities across networks, applications, and systems.
