About the role
- Manage final stages of project closure and maintain accurate project documentation and financial data
- Work closely with project managers to coordinate and track project closure activities
- Maintain permits, licenses, and as-built drawings
- Analyze telecom information and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Track and manage outstanding orders and materials
- Perform office-based work and occasional fieldwork as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the telecom industry and related documentation is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- May be required to operate a vehicle for Company business
