About the role
- Implement ERP best practices related to project data and processes
- Maintain ERP project data to reflect project delivery realities
- Identify projects with margin opportunities and risks
- Drive continuous improvement across project controls processes
- Support project reviews and perform project financial administrative functions
- Provide thought leadership partnering with operations and finance to deliver budgeted project margins
- Work closely with operational leadership, project managers, and finance to unlock value from tools, systems, and reporting
- Report to Director of Project Controls (no direct reports)
Requirements
- 3+ years of finance, accounting, and project controls experience
- Industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with an affinity for working with numbers
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle day-to-day tasks effectively and professionally
- Sense of urgency
- Minimal travel (once or twice per quarter)
