About the role
- Serve as the face of the company, working closely with clients to assess their needs and tailor competitive health plans
- Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support to credit unions and business accounts
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' employee benefit needs
- Document client data in the Benefit Administration platform (Employee Navigator)
- Recommend competitive insurance plans, including life, health, dental, and ancillary coverage
- Collaborate with the team to stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Drive agency growth by delivering exceptional client service
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping clients
- Ability to thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing markets
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- 5+ years of client support experience in the Employee Benefits field
- Deep understanding of the open enrollment and renewal process
- Strong background in benefit administration platforms, preferably with Employee Navigator
- Health and life insurance licenses preferred but not required
