About the role
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and oversight of Centene direct-to-consumer social media channels
- Provide counsel to Social Media Customer Service Representatives and ensure performance and development
- Develop social media channel/platform strategy for beneficiaries and providers
- Develop processes for responding to inbound inquiries, establish response protocols and KPIs
- Develop content, monitor competitor presence, research new channels, report conversation shifts and maintain posting schedules
- Maintain social media calendar and manage ideation, production and publishing
- Communicate marketing analytics and report results to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience resolving customer inquiries on social media, sourcing and managing content development and publishing resources
- Provide counsel and best practices on social media matters
- Develop and manage influencer campaigns
- Advise on community management and response protocols
- Develop and oversee execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives
- Establish response protocols and KPIs
- Maintain a social media calendar, ideation, production and publishing across platforms
