Own the full enrollment funnel — from lead distribution through conversion — ensuring every stage is inspected, optimized, and tied to measurable revenue outcomes.
Lead a remote, high-volume enrollment organization through system-based accountability (CRM, dashboards, call performance reporting, etc.), ensuring visibility and consistency across distributed teams.
Establish and maintain a structured operating cadence, including funnel reviews, coaching practices, and performance tracking across teams.
Develop and implement short- and long-term initiatives to increase conversion, reduce cost-to-serve, and enhance the learner experience.
Use data to identify performance trends and translate insights into leader-led action plans.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Student Services to improve lead flow, engagement, and operational efficiency.
Cultivate a culture of clarity, fairness, and equity, ensuring expectations are communicated consistently, performance is evaluated objectively, and guidance is provided in a timely and transparent manner.
Engage in effective talent and performance management across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, coaching, development planning, and organizational design.
Effectively communicate ed2go’s vision and priorities to leaders and teams, ensuring alignment and follow-through.
Present strategic plans and performance updates to senior leadership with clarity and data-backed insight.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum of 1 year managing managers (second-line leadership) in an inside sales, enrollment, or call center environment
10 years of successful inside sales or high-volume engagement experience, including 5 years in a formal leadership role
Proven success leading remote or geographically dispersed sales teams using data systems to drive visibility, coaching, and accountability
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through structured performance practices, such as coaching frameworks, reporting rhythms, or forecast management
Strong analytical and tactical planning skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and take targeted action
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and provide transparency across multiple levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration and operational alignment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to synthesize information and connect strategy to execution at scale.
