• Execute the CELSIUS® On-Premise strategy in assigned geography
• Lead Team on expansion of account base and On-Premise activations
• Utilize CRM to track field execution, opportunities, and performance metrics
• Work hand in hand with our distributor partners via route rides, blitzes, and key account meetings
• Communicate ongoing sales, marketing, and execution opportunities
• Support the Sr. Director On-Premise with field initiatives and market feedback

Regional Sales Manager

• Drive Celsius “perfect store” execution, expanding SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotional activity
• Execute brand strategy across retail locations within assigned territory
• Conduct account audits, track opportunities, and deliver insights via CRM application
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls
• Support regional sales initiatives as directed by District or Regional Sales Manager

• Key account management – meeting directly with buyers/decision makers at key retail accounts to increase the sales of CELSIUS.
• Tracking the performance of all assigned Key Accounts.
• Forecasting sales and production needs.
• Some possible distributor management – meeting directly with CELSIUS distribution networks management and upper management
• Manage key accounts pricing – voids etc. with DSD partners.
• Manage assigned regional key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and relationship management, while also supporting additional accounts within the region as business needs evolve.

• Cultivate and maintain professional working relationships on your campus.
• Drive product trial and create brand awareness through sampling activations and event support.
• Build awareness of CELSIUS using word-of-mouth and creative marketing tactics.
• Identify trends and use them to engage students with CELSIUS on and around campus.
• Manage and organize inventory of CELSIUS products and assets.
• Compile and submit comprehensive reports on all campus activities.
• Transport products and assets on and around campus.
• Support sales/events teams if/when needed.
• Create unique and engaging content for social media.

• Collaborate closely with the National Accounts team to gather and analyze sales data.
• Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with key national customers.
• Help identify opportunities for growth and improvement within national accounts.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
• Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate sales performance, strategies, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Summarize complex data into clear and concise visuals for presentations.
• Assist in preparing materials for national account meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales forecasts and budgets.
• Evaluate historical sales data to improve accuracy and reliability of sales forecasts.
• Provide input for sales and inventory planning based on data analysis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes.
• Suggest and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Continuously evaluate data collection and reporting methods to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
