About the role
- Research, identify, and reach out to streamers, influencers, and creator agencies across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and other platforms
- Support the onboarding of new creators onto Find.co, ensuring smooth campaign activation
- Maintain organized lead lists and track outreach progress
- Assist in reaching out to crypto projects and casinos to introduce Find.co and set up partnership calls
- Help coordinate campaign details between operators and creators and keep deal records updated
- Support execution of live campaigns, ensuring creators receive materials and instructions and tracking campaign results
- Gather and digest feedback from creators and partners and provide structured input to the product team
- Work closely with Operations to align on campaign setup, tracking, and reporting and propose process improvements
- Stay up to date on trends in crypto, crypto gambling, iGaming, and the creator economy and represent Find.co positively in communities
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or influencer/affiliate marketing (crypto/iGaming experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with crypto casinos or the iGaming space; existing network is a big plus
- Interest in the creator/streamer economy and how influencers drive campaigns
- Strong communication and outreach skills (written & verbal)
- Access to or experience working with streamer/influencer networks (Nice-to-have)
- Previous experience in crypto or iGaming affiliate programs (Nice-to-have)
- Comfort with using CRM tools or sales tracking systems (Nice-to-have)
