About the role
- Drive business development, lead generation, and qualification across Spanish-speaking markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients
- Present and promote digital advertising and technology solutions tailored to customer needs
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (C1+) and English (C1+)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within tech or digital advertising
- Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
- Target Bonus: up to 2,000 BGN gross/month
- Hybrid work model based in Sofia
