About the role
- Drive business development, lead generation, and qualification to identify and pursue new B2B opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Develop, present, and negotiate commercial proposals to maximize revenue opportunities
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client strategies and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital advertising solutions, and competitor activity
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1+) and English (C1+)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the tech or digital advertising space
- Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Hybrid work model (Sofia-based)
- Relocation & Package Proposal (Sofia – 10 Days)
- Travel refund of up to 490 BGN after 6 months (documentation required: e-ticket, invoice; approvals needed with the offer approvals)
- 10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included; booked and paid directly by the company)
- Advance in salary of 1,056 BGN , deducted in 3 equal installments of 352 BGN monthly (starting with the first full salary)
