About the role
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through lead generation and business development activities
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Deliver engaging presentations and negotiate contracts with decision-makers
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Requirements
- Fluency in French (C1+) and English (C1+)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within tech or digital advertising
- Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup
- Base Salary: 3,600 BGN gross/month
- Target Bonus: up to 2,000 BGN gross/month
- Hybrid work model (Sofia-based)
- Relocation Package Proposal (Sofia – 10 Days)
- Travel refund of up to 490 BGN after 6 months (documentation required: e-ticket, invoice; approvals needed with the offer approvals)
- 10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included; booked and paid directly by the company)
- Advance in salary of 1,056 BGN, deducted in 3 equal installments of 352 BGN monthly (starting with the first full salary)
- The advance will be processed within 5 working days after providing an active bank account to HR
