About the role

- Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality
- Participate in paid training and complete online Greek courses
Requirements
- German fluent (C2)
- English proficiency (B2)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Willing to relocate to Greece
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- EU passport or Greek residency card (must have)
