Support the VP Head of Global Derivatives Business Strategy and team in sizing market opportunities and building business cases
Report the state of capital markets trends and prepare evidence-driven analyses of major trends in capital markets, banking, data, fintech, technology, and financial services
Assist in product innovation and development research
Provide evidence for business cases and support group initiatives from planning, communication, and execution standpoints
Provide data analysis on trends impacting derivatives markets and participants
Update news relevant to derivatives trading
Support PowerPoint slide and content creation as needed for presentations
Participate in Options Institute courses and conclude internship with a final presentation and retreat
Requirements
Must be enrolled in a university or college full-time academic program
Should not be scheduled to graduate before December of the internship year
Position is for students currently enrolled in a full-time academic program
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive financial and technical environment
Ability to work 3 days/week in-office in Chicago, Kansas City, or New York City
Strong listening and communication skills within a team setting
Unquenchable curiosity paired with a desire to research and communicate interesting ideas
Imaginative problem solving and comfort with debate/challenge

Pursuing a degree related to hard sciences, Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics, Neuroscience, Philosophy, UX/UI Design, Psychology, Computer Science or related majors
Understanding of AI, vibe coding, and other related AI tools/techniques
