About the role
- Lead marketing data analysis and predictive modeling for enterprise B2B and ABM clients
- Develop predictive response models and apply statistically rigorous methodology
- Perform data preparation, cleansing, and create derived concepts from raw data
- Implement behavioral segmentation and market analysis to identify high-value accounts and decision-makers
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct funnel analysis, and optimize lead generation and conversion rates
- Design and analyze multivariate/experimental tests for campaign optimization
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and visualize marketing performance
- Synthesize dashboards into executive-ready narratives and communicate insights to marketing and business stakeholders
- Evaluate and recommend martech solutions to enhance clients' B2B marketing capabilities
- Manage and mentor at least one direct report and participate in global leadership development
- Serve as client-facing trusted advisor for data-driven marketing programs
- Some travel required
- High-impact, externally-facing role beyond data wrangling
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing analytics
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in statistics, applied mathematics, scientific, or engineering field
- Expert knowledge in experimental design
- Proficiency with SAS programming, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, or other statistical analysis tools
- Advanced use of Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and automated data extract procedures
- Experience applying statistical procedures to database marketing or market research
- Experience developing predictive response models for B2B marketing and ABM strategies
- Experience with data preparation, cleansing, and creating predictive/descriptive derived concepts
- Experience with behavioral segmentation and market analysis for ABM
- Experience analyzing enterprise marketing initiatives (content syndication, live events, webinars, web, LinkedIn, paid media, email)
- Experience measuring marketing impact on sales pipeline, including lead generation, engagement, deal acceleration
- Experience using data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce or MS Dynamics
- Experience developing dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau or Lookr
- Experience producing ad hoc reports with SQL, R or Python
- Experience with AI and ML tools
- Experience in database design, structure creation, and data cleansing algorithms
- Comfortable communicating directly with client-side contacts and presenting results
- Ability to mentor and manage at least one direct report
- Leadership and client-facing communication skills
