Project Manager

• Coordinate end-to-end M&A projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Hold ownership of projects and commit to deliver results.
• Work with multiple functions and other relevant stakeholders to define and execute the integration delivery approach.
• Leverage project management skills to deliver high quality governance, planning and reporting.
• Support the Head of Integration with all the reporting associated with Causeway post-merger requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve integration goals.
• Ensure comprehensive handover process and documentation are given to each function post integration period.
• Manage process compliance, project scope, project controls, project risk, project governance, documentation and change control on all projects.
• Continuously strive for improvement and capture lessons learned post each project.

Manager

• Enable successful changes to Causeway’s products and IT systems.
• Responsible for the day to day running of change management processes and operations, to effectively govern and control changes to Causeway’s technology estate.
• Provide subject matter expertise to other team members and senior stakeholders to ensure effective change management processes.
• Report to the Head of IT Support Services.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Professional services, Customer Support and IT teams to co-ordinate change and release activity.
• Lead the Change Advisory Board, ensuring adequate risk assessments, testing and scheduling of technical changes and releases.
• Authorise changes to proceed, considering risk and any impact to security posture.
• Oversee updates, deployments, and releases into live environments including product releases, maintenance and patch cycles to support compliance such as CE and ISO27001.
• Manage the change and forward schedule of change, liaising with Customer Support teams to ensure that customers are given appropriate notice of changes.
• Work with Product, Engineering and Customer Services teams to define change and release strategies and schedules for complex IT eco-systems.
• Advise Product, Engineering, and IT teams on change management processes, ensuring change management is considered during design of products and services.
• Ensure configuration standards are met and enforced consistently.
• Develop and implement improvement plans based on lessons learnt from failed changes.
• Provide and manage summary metrics on change activity, including logs, records of approvals and proof of applied changes with a validated audit trail to support audits.
• Collaborate to ensure lessons learnt are recognised and processes updated to mitigate future challenges.

Change and Release Manager

Frontend Engineer

• Develop data visualisations for products
• Create/innovate on ways to visualise the data
• Focus on web UI development required for visualisations outside of embedded PowerBI
• Build visualisations where data interactions trigger actions back into the system
• Create standalone widgets for workspace apps when embedded PowerBI is unsuitable
• Create and maintain concrete data visualisation and interactive components
• Play a critical role in visualising complex data and innovating data visualisation patterns

Data UI Engineer

Account Executive

• Responsible for winning new business and securing new annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Meet prospective customers in the construction/built environment sector across the UK to understand their business and objectives and sell a range of products and solutions.
• Work with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product and Customer Value teams to create high value, qualified sales opportunities and manage them through to successful conclusion.
• Host in-person and online meetings with potential customers and collaborate with Pre-Sales to demonstrate Causeway solutions.
• Contribute to tailored proposals, RFIs, RFPs and tenders that articulate Causeway's value propositions.
• Develop and maintain in-depth target market knowledge, competitor information and market developments.
• Use MEDDPICC, MAPs and digital sales enablement tools to qualify opportunities and maintain CRM updates, forecasts and pipeline health.
• Represent the company at industry events and act as a thought leader via social channels.
• Coordinate daily operational activities, monitor KPIs, resolve blockers and align with the Sales Manager to support team performance.
• Assist customers with business cases and ROI calculations and collaborate across business units.
