Coordinate end-to-end M&A projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Hold ownership of projects and commit to deliver results.
Work with multiple functions and other relevant stakeholders to define and execute the integration delivery approach.
Leverage project management skills to deliver high quality governance, planning and reporting.
Support the Head of Integration with all the reporting associated with Causeway post-merger requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve integration goals.
Ensure comprehensive handover process and documentation are given to each function post integration period.
Manage process compliance, project scope, project controls, project risk, project governance, documentation and change control on all projects.
Continuously strive for improvement and capture lessons learned post each project.
Requirements
University degree is preferred
Prince2 practitioner or equivalent project management qualification is required
Experience and knowledge of project and change management methodologies/tools is a must
Prior M&A Integration and complex project management experience is desirable
Demonstrable experience in a similar role, including the delivery of transformation projects and the commercial management of projects.
Willing to travel to locations throughout the UK and if required internationally.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
High-level understanding of all business functions such as Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
