• The Specialist I, Logistics Data & Reporting Specialist is responsible for the consolidation, validation, and analysis of supply chain and inventory data across multiple country programs and implementing partners for a designated multi‑country, donor‑funded project.

Business Development Specialist II, Project Design

Advisor

• Serve as a MEAL focal point for countries in EMEA seeking technical assistance in MEAL, with particular focus on countries in Europe and the Middle East. Provide technical assistance, remotely and in-country, and as needed liaise with other MEAL TAs to provide technical support to EMEA countries. Maintain ongoing contact with the DRD/PQ, EMEA country teams, and EMEA sectoral focal points to help ensure high quality project MEAL and coverage of MEAL TA needs.
• Contribute to HQ and country efforts to position CRS for strategic growth opportunities and provide technical MEAL guidance and inputs to proposal development and project design, including appropriate monitoring systems and indicators and integrating donor MEAL requirements into projects. Support countries to appropriately staff MEAL in project teams.

Program Manager

• Support Caritas Antilles in the management and implementation of all activities throughout Hurricane Response and recovery project cycles - project design, start-up, implementation and close-out - to ensure efficient and effective implementation in line with CRS program quality principles and standards, donor requirements, and good practices.
• Ensure project team and partner staff use the appropriate systems and tools.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide financial information which supports the Regional Director (RD) in making business decisions.
• Lead monthly financial health reviews within the region, providing reports and highlighting key considerations for regional leadership and CRS Global Finance. Collaborate across the regional teams and with countries on corrective actions and implementation plans.
• Contribute and provide feedback to the development of Annual Plans and annual operating budgets.

Promote effective engagement of partners, donors, and governments. Ensure a cross-sectoral approach that integrates gender, safe and dignified programming, and disaster risk reduction. Contribute to the development and implementation of global strategies and tools for humanitarian programming by documenting and sharing lessons learned from LACRO with others in CRS’ global Humanitarian Response Department.
• - Oversee and lead the development and delivery of capacity strengthening initiatives for humanitarian programming for regional and country teams and partners in LACRO. Lead the development of learning and training strategies and agendas/curriculums; organize and/or facilitate trainings, workshops and conferences; and provide mentoring and coaching for staff in CRS approaches and tools for emergency preparedness, response, recovery, and resilience programs.
• - Contribute to regional and country program staff efforts to position CRS for strategic growth opportunities in humanitarian programming. Coordinate and/or provide technical guidance in proposal development and project design to ensure technical excellence, including coordination of support from advisors in relevant technical sectors such as Food Security and Markets, Water Sanitation and Hygiene, Shelter and Settlements, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Safe and Dignified Programming.
• - Promote high-quality implementation and M&E for humanitarian programs in LACRO by coordinating or providing technical solutions for country and regional teams and partners. Support CPs to appropriately staff project teams.

Supply Chain

• Manage all activities related to the receipt, storage/warehousing, dispatch, and distribution of goods to advance the delivery of high-quality humanitarian response programming to the poor and vulnerable in Cuba.
• Collaborate with direct reports and programming leads to run pipeline analyses, synchronize the supply of goods with programming needs, and ensure quality and efficiency of processes in compliance with CRS and donor regulations and international and local inventory accountability standards and requirements
• Manage the determination of logistics service requirements, desired specifications and delivery schedules, ensuring proper coordination and communication. Anticipate and identify potential or actual problems in the supply chain which may affect the short-term or long-term availability of individual goods and act to address those problems.

• Plan and manage the supply chain from customs clearance to receipt, transport, storage, and dispatch to distribution. Oversee and ensure the proper execution of logistics; work with operations and programs staff and partners to verify adherence of in-country logistics to shipping and distribution plans. Work with program and partner staff for efficient product movement. Provide support and accompaniment to partner staff who are responsible for logistics at the national and/or diocesan level.
• Ensure high-quality preparation of accurate and complete product movement reports.
• Oversee and ensure that all inventory movements (receipts, transfers, dispatches, and adjustments) are accurately recorded in the Insight system, verifying compliance with established guidelines, data quality standards, and documentation requirements.
