About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Specialist I, Logistics Data & Reporting Specialist is responsible for the consolidation, validation, and analysis of supply chain and inventory data across multiple country programs and implementing partners for a designated multi‑country, donor‑funded project.
  • The Specialist acts as the central focal point for supply chain data within the project, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and high‑quality reporting by establishing and applying robust data governance, validation, and triangulation processes across partner and country‑level systems, including Insight.
  • Support compliance with CRS and donor requirements, enhance audit readiness, and enable data‑driven decision‑making that upholds the principles of stewardship, transparency, and accountability in support of high‑quality programming for poor and vulnerable communities.
  • Provide limited operational and administrative support to facilitate effective project implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience, including supply chain data management, reporting, and multi-country program support.
  • Experience working with institutional donor requirements and reporting.
  • Professional certifications in supply chain or data analytics.
  • Familiarity with Insight ERP or similar enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical and data validation skills
  • Knowledge of inventory accounting, GACAP, and donor compliance requirements
  • Ability to triangulate data across multiple sources and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MIS systems (including Insight), Excel, and reporting tools
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to leverage a proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and donor engagement
  • Required Languages: English required and French, Spanish or Arabic preferred.
