Community Manager

• Support Class Members in person with information, resources and Claim Form support in a way that feels trauma-informed and culturally safe
• Develop relationships with local and surrounding communities, organizations, and community members
• Assist claimants in completing claim forms, connecting them with existing mental health, legal, and cultural support services
• Participate in training sessions, including e-courses, de-briefings, and self-directed learning classes
• Carry out work in a safe manner, following established health and safety protocols, training and instructions
• Contribute to a positive safety culture by raising safety concerns and sharing knowledge about risks and solutions
