Senior Specialist, Experience, Technology, Compliance – Customer Relationship Management
CastlemainSenior Specialist managing customer relationship management systems, data quality, and campaign deployment for Castlemain, supporting communities with clear communication.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer HubSpot (forms, consent and subscription types, contacts and segmentation, workflows, automation, reporting dashboards)
- Implement platform updates and enhancements without custom coding, translate business requirements into configuration (properties, workflows, permissions), and document configurations, decisions and change logs in a clear, repeatable format
- Support compliance with regulatory and internal frameworks (PIPEDA, SOC readiness, WCAG 2.1 AA), maintain data integrity, naming conventions and configuration standards, and support governance processes including roadmaps, change requests, testing protocols and release checklists
- Participate in QA for new pages, forms, workflows and releases; maintain dashboards in HubSpot, SharePoint or similar tools; support performance tracking and reporting with trend and exception analysis; and identify and recommend optimization opportunities across experience streams
- Provide internal training, guides and documentation on platform features and standard tasks, and support troubleshooting and issue resolution across CMS, CRM and related tools, escalating when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience working with HubSpot or similar platforms
- College or university degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical aptitude without a need for developer level coding skills
- Experience configuring workflows, forms, permissions and automation in CRM platforms
- Strong documentation skills and a systems thinking approach to platforms and data
- Ability to translate business needs into technical configuration with clear rationale
- Experience working across multiple platforms, teams and business units, while following governance, standards and roadmaps for web and digital platforms and coaching others on platform use and configuration standards
- Ability to travel occasionally to internal meetings or client engagements.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.
