Account Coordinator – Travel
CastlemainAccount Coordinator managing travel expenses and operational support for Castlemain's community programs across Canada. Responsible for expense reconciliation and assisting traveling staff with arrangements.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management and reconciliation of company credit card transactions and other corporate travel-related accounts
- Review and approve expense reports through SAP Concur
- Answer questions and support team members with travel expenses and SAP Concur
- Order supplies for traveling team members and track supply levels
- Support development of travel itineraries based on travel arrangements booked by the Travel team
- Provide additional administrative and operational support as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience in administrative/financial coordination
- Experience with SAP Concur
- A high standard for quality, accuracy, and detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Competence in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, emails and presentations
- Passion for community-centered programs with a focus on reconciliation and partnership with Indigenous communities
- Experience working with or alongside Indigenous communities or organizations is preferred
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.
