• Lead the evolution of Cast & Crew's visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, and design standards
• Create visual concepts, themes, and creative frameworks that strengthen brand recognition
• Partner with the Lead Creative Producer to develop creative concepts for content series, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives
• Design social media content, marketing assets, presentations, video graphics, and other creative materials
• Lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of the Cast & Crew website

Senior Brand Designer

• Drive architecture and technical design for backend microservices

Senior Software Engineer

QA Engineer

• Design and evolve automation frameworks for: Web applications, APIs (REST and GraphQL), Integration and event-driven workflows, Mobile web platforms
• Build and improve automated regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing capabilities
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Buildkite
• Implement quality gates, reporting, and release validation processes
• Partner with Platform and DevOps teams to improve test environments, observability, and developer workflows
• Help modernize legacy automation frameworks and improve test reliability
• Drive AI innovation within Quality Engineering by identifying opportunities to leverage AI-assisted tooling, automation generation, intelligent test optimization, failure analysis, and developer productivity workflows
• Partner with Engineering leadership to evaluate and implement modern AI-enabled testing solutions that improve release confidence, testing efficiency, and engineering velocity
• Champion shift-left engineering practices through automation, reusable testing patterns, self-service tooling, and AI-assisted developer enablement
• Explore and introduce emerging quality engineering technologies, frameworks, and automation strategies that help scale testing capabilities across the organization
• Lead and mentor QA engineers while remaining hands-on technically
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Release Engineering, and Security teams

QA Manager

Account Executive

• Own an individual revenue target spanning new logo acquisition and expansion of existing studio and production company relationships
• Develop and maintain a strong presence across the Film, Television & Streaming ecosystem — building trusted relationships with production accountants, line producers, UPMs, finance leaders, and studio executives
• Get into productions early — identify greenlit and in-development projects, qualify opportunities, and position Cast & Crew before decisions are made
• Take a consultative approach with clients, connecting their production and operational challenges to Cast & Crew's payroll, accounting, and technology solutions
• Manage a healthy, forecast-ready pipeline with visibility across production stages, deal cycles, and revenue timing
• Represent Cast & Crew at industry events, screenings, guild functions, and production community gatherings where relationships are built
• Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding and an excellent client experience from sale through production close
• Feed market intelligence back into the business — surfacing competitive dynamics, client feedback, and production trends that inform go-to-market strategy

• Own the demand generation strategy across the full funnel
• Design and execute integrated campaigns
• Build and manage the paid media program
