About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the evolution of Cast & Crew's visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, and design standards
- Create visual concepts, themes, and creative frameworks that strengthen brand recognition
- Partner with the Lead Creative Producer to develop creative concepts for content series, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives
- Design social media content, marketing assets, presentations, video graphics, and other creative materials
- Lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of the Cast & Crew website
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, creative direction, or related fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital design, social content, and campaign work
- Experience developing and maintaining brand systems and design guidelines
- Proficiency in modern design and creative tools
- Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with writers, marketers, and content creators
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
