Cash Depot

Operations

• Responsible for the cash operations of an ATM and AirVac machines along with first line maintenance responsibilities.
• Provide cash and courier services to ATM and AirVac customers as required
• Perform courier functions such as cash replenishment, atm and smart safe pulls, coin delivery, and deposits
• Perform basic First Line Maintenance functions as needed such as clearing jams, rebooting machine, replenish receipt paper, running diagnostics, software updates, and escalation of issues to tech support for further follow up
• Partner with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch request as scheduled and requested.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or applicable Cash Depot staff members.
• Communicate inventory and support requests in order to complete scheduled tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain important department metric standards in efficiency, safety, first time fix rate, and other metrics important to Cash Depot and our customers.
• Assist other technicians and help train or perform ride along training, as needed.
• Must follow all security procedures and policies.

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment and Cash Depot products.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal, as scheduled and requested.

Account Executive

• Identify and close new business with Grocery companies and Multistate operators (MSOs)
• Sell ATM and cash automation solutions that improve security, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Develop tailored proposals addressing High cash volumes, Limited banking access, Regulatory compliance requirements
• Build relationships with owners, operators, compliance officers, and finance leaders
• Partner with internal teams to design cash management programs including Cash pickup and logistics (CIT), Cash forecasting and reporting, Equipment deployment (ATMs, recyclers, safes)
• Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
• Stay informed on evolving consolidation and industry leads

Sales Executive – Grocery Cash Management, ATM Solutions

Technician

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct routine inspections of units, buildings, and common areas
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers/make-readies)
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions
• Maintain property grounds, including light landscaping and exterior upkeep
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests (may include on-call rotation)
