Account Management Intern

• Drive growth and engagement within your dealer portfolio by building strong, trust-based relationships and demonstrating clear platform value
• Own your performance – manage your portfolio, prioritising activity effectively to ensure every interaction moves the needle commercially, included and not limited to growing share of wallet of our platform, revenue from your portfolio dealers, active bidders in your remit and the usage of ancillary services eg. transport service
• Develop deep product knowledge of how our platform and services fit in the modern vehicle acquisition landscape, becoming a trusted advisor to your dealer partners
• Engage consistently and effectively with partners via phone. Strong communication and driving high levels of call time are key drivers of success. Some travel to dealerships may be required to deepen relationships
• Upsell with impact, confidently positioning our additional products, potential upcoming propositions and services, tailoring the conversation to each dealer’s goals
• Handle objections expertly, identifying challenges early and finding creative solutions that prevent churn and build long term loyalty amongst your dealers
• Onboard, train and performance manage dealer partners to ensure ongoing engagement and results
• Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for growth and turn insights into clear, actionable next steps
• Collaborate cross-functionally, acting as the voice of your dealers within Carwow and ensuring their feedback shapes future improvements

• Keep HR system, Hibob running smoothly
• Ensure data accuracy with new starters, leavers, and team changes
• Streamline processes, enhance templates, and optimise workflows using AI tools
• Ensure compliance by providing offer letters, contracts, and processing global payroll for 600+ employees
• Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure smooth onboarding experience
• Carry out benefits administration and Share option administration
• Conduct administrative duties such as conducting DBS checks or arranging staff gifts

Business Development Rep

• Gewinnung neuer Händler und Aktivierung auf der Sell-my-Car-Plattform (Gebote & Käufe).
• Neukundengewinnung durch Kaltakquise und Bearbeitung von Inbound-Leads – primär telefonisch, bei Bedarf auch durch Vor-Ort-Termine.
• Identifikation und Entwicklung von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen (z. B. Transport, Wallet, Finanzierungen und weitere Services).
• Aufbau nachhaltiger Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Händlern aller Größenordnungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account-Management für eine reibungslose Übergabe und Reaktivierung inaktiver Händler.
• Durchführung überzeugender Pitches – vom Geschäftsführer bis zum Einzelunternehmer.

Business Development Representative – Sell My Car

• Foster long-term strategic relationships with Dealer partners and drive revenue in a large portfolio of brands and clients
• Be an expert on your portfolio of brands and have a strong understanding of their market position and performance drivers on the Carwow platform
• Proactively seek opportunities to grow the brand's presence and success on the platform to drive revenue
• Hold targeted and constructive conversations with clients primarily through phone and video calls to embed yourself in their business
• Present insightful data and recommend process improvements to dealer partners to boost their return on investment on Carwow
• Lead an industry-leading onboarding and early lifecycle plan for new partners to drive adoption and engagement on the platform
• Take ownership of your portfolio’s performance with clear portfolio plans to scale revenue whilst achieving high retention rates
• Effectively manage a large portfolio of partners with the ability to ruthlessly prioritise
• Collaborate closely with the field-based Partner Success team to ensure client strategies are executed seamlessly and effectively

Brand Account Manager

• Drive carwow’s buying platform adoption by winning and onboarding independent motor traders and franchise dealer groups through consultative selling and tailored demos
• Sign up new dealers and drive adoption - bidding and buying - on the Sell My Car platform
• Generate new business via cold outreach and inbound leads, primarily over the phone, with occasional field visits when required
• Identify and develop opportunities to upsell additional services such as transport, wallet, stock funding, and other upcoming propositions
• Approach potential partners and build strong, long-term business relationships
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth handover and support reactivation of inactive dealers
• Deliver engaging and persuasive pitches at all levels—from GMs and Group Buyers to Business Owners and Sole Traders
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage data effectively

Business Development Manager

Controller

• Contacting customers who owe money to the company, primarily through phone calls, in a professional and courteous manner
• Answering inbound calls from customers querying potential invoice issues
• Following up on overdue accounts and negotiating payment plans as necessary
• Keeping accurate records of all communication and actions taken on accounts
