💰 $110,000 - $130,000 per year
About the role
- Serve as the strategic thought partner to leaders across the organization, enabling teams to operate at top of license
- Design a lightweight performance review framework and support the next cycle end to end (timeline, communications, calibration, decisions)
- Build a consistent performance management framework and workflow; coach managers and maintain documentation
- Develop and maintain Role & Responsibility documents with measurable outcomes for all corporate roles
- Equip managers with toolkit and trainings on feedback, goals and metrics, effective 1:1s, and HRBP escalation; track adoption and impact
- Support employee-led ERGs with cadence and governance, ensuring safe escalation and follow-through
- Co-lead updates to the employee handbook and key policies with People Ops, prioritize sections for business and compliance
- Extra Credit: Build scalable processes for 1099 clinical network
Requirements
- 3–5+ years as an HR Business Partner with meaningful ER ownership
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Experience building and running performance and talent systems, including frameworks, cycles, and calibrations
- Fluent in compliance and ability to exercise sound judgment
- Program and project management skills; experience shipping from 0→1 and driving adoption
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Extra credit: Experience with large 1099/contractor or clinical networks (process design)
- Extra credit: Healthcare or education exposure
- Extra credit: HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM) welcome but not required
- Must be able to provide documentation for E-Verify
