People Operations responsibilities (~60%): manage leave processes, support benefits administration and reporting, maintain HR systems, support people analytics, knowledge management, compliance, and employee inquiries.
Recruitment & Hiring responsibilities (~40%): manage recruiting for range of roles, post jobs, source candidates, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, contribute to sourcing strategies, and reinforce employee brand.
