Develop and manage CSAME RLC and VRF and global product strategies aligned with company goals
Understand industry benchmarks, customer needs and methods of differentiation to identify opportunities and gaps, in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Define global product roadmaps and build business case with support from sales and engineering teams
Collaborate with Global Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Operations teams to define product requirements and specifications
Lead global and regional product discussions from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with program KPIs including quality, cost, and schedule
Act as the voice of the customer during the development process
Support post launch success of the product including obsolescence management, launch marketing, pricing
Ensure design for service and aftermarket viability
Serve as the primary point of contact between sales, marketing, technology & innovation, operations, and program management regarding product-related matters
Work closely with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability, cost and quality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering
MBA is a plus
Over 15 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in HVAC, building systems or industrial equipment
Good verbal & written English
Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Strong supervisory, people management and leadership skills
Strong understanding of the global HVAC market dynamics and trends
