About the role
- Sell HVAC equipment and services to customers in assigned territory
- Build and maintain customer relationships and generate leads
- Manage territory, conduct site visits and product demonstrations
- Meet or exceed sales targets and report to Outside Sales team
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in outside sales, preferably in HVAC or construction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage territory
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
