• Monitor work flow and system functions, recommend or employ solutions where appropriate.
• Perform coaching, mentoring, and motivating functions in order to improve team performance.
• Develop and transfer performance skills to the assigned team, and seek opportunities for improvement throughout the organization.
• Assist team members in identifying areas for development and assist them in establishing skill development plans.
• Participate in development and implementation of operating procedures.
• The ability to work with others in a team environment, the ability to take direction from Supervisors, the ability to follow work rules and procedures, and the ability to accept constructive criticism.
• Must be able to lead and manage others effectively.
• Maintain safe operating practices.
