Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor work flow and system functions, recommend or employ solutions where appropriate
Perform coaching, mentoring, and motivating functions in order to improve team performance
Develop and transfer performance skills to the assigned team, and seek opportunities for improvement throughout the organization
Assist team members in identifying areas for development and assist them in establishing skill development plans
Participate in development and implementation of operating procedures
Maintain safe operating practices
Perform other duties as assigned
