About the role
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of local operations from care coordination to financial performance
- Lead and inspire office staff and caregivers, promoting accountability and growth
- Conduct in-home consultations and safety assessments
- Ensure caregivers are trained, motivated, and delivering exceptional service
- Ensure ongoing compliance with state, federal, and local regulations and maintain licenses and documentation
- Manage billing, payroll, and collections
- Monitor budgets and margins to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
- Develop referral relationships, represent the brand, and drive local outreach and marketing
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years in leadership/management in healthcare, senior care, or service operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Direct experience providing care to seniors is required
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Organized, adaptable, and results-oriented
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand/sit for extended periods
- Must be able to drive as needed
- On-call duties required, including occasional nights and weekends
