About the role
- Work closely with the rest of the Product team to define target outcomes, product priorities, and product roadmap.
- Contribute to the full product cycle — from research and specification through to testing, launch, and analysis.
- Work with UX Researcher to understand the user journey through research insights, market trends, platform data, and organizational needs, then turn these findings into detailed product specs.
- Design and iterate on features that drive user engagement, build habits, increase retention, and create impactful user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, partnerships, data, and community teams, prioritizing projects and balancing various stakeholders' needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated success as a Product Manager for consumer-facing digital products, ideally with large and diverse user bases spanning different needs and personas.
- Strong track record of driving user engagement, retention, and growth through product strategy and execution.
- Deep familiarity with consumer product patterns such as gamification, habit-forming features, personalization, and community-driven experiences.
- Experience leveraging data and experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel optimization) to inform decisions and scale engagement.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and technical concepts related to web technologies.
- Proven ability to translate user insights into product improvements that create rewarding and sticky experiences.
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments, balancing quick wins with long-term product vision.
