About the role
- Lead and elevate service delivery across allied health and disability services, ensuring seamless and impactful client interactions.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain Allied Health professionals (Occupational Therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, support staff).
- Manage and inspire a compact, high-performing team and cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements to streamline operations and boost productivity.
- Oversee budgets, generate reports, and track KPIs to inform decision-making and growth.
- Partner with CEO and Chief Product Officer to develop growth strategies, partnerships, new services, and geographic expansion.
- Own the NDIS and Aged Care verticals and prepare expansion into the general market.
- Design and deploy scalable systems and processes to support rapid nationwide and global growth while maintaining quality care.
Requirements
- Proven operations experience in health, disability, or allied health services.
- Hands-on experience recruiting and scaling clinical or allied health teams (OTs, physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, support staff).
- Experience working in lean, agile startup environments and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen; experience overseeing budgets and KPIs.
- Ability to blend strategic planning with tactical execution and implement workflow improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and team leadership skills.
- Passion for improving health outcomes and scaling services.
