• Lead and elevate service delivery across allied health and disability services, ensuring seamless and impactful client interactions.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain Allied Health professionals (Occupational Therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, support staff).
• Manage and inspire a compact, high-performing team and cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements to streamline operations and boost productivity.
• Oversee budgets, generate reports, and track KPIs to inform decision-making and growth.
• Partner with CEO and Chief Product Officer to develop growth strategies, partnerships, new services, and geographic expansion.
• Own the NDIS and Aged Care verticals and prepare expansion into the general market.
• Design and deploy scalable systems and processes to support rapid nationwide and global growth while maintaining quality care.

• Support NDIS participants via telehealth as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
• Provide optional face-to-face consults and travel as needed
• Manage a clinical caseload across neurodiverse conditions, psychosocial disabilities, intellectual and physical disabilities
• Conduct assessments, reports, ongoing support and intervention
• Match therapists to individual client needs and goals
