About the role
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting of the Company’s (Navista) consolidated financial results along with practice results
- Plan and direct the monthly accounting close process
- Ensure monthly financial results are adequately reviewed, analyzed, interpreted and findings and related implications of this process are effectively communicated to appropriate members of management
- Oversee the management of the Company’s accounting systems
- Manage a team capable of effectively and efficiently supporting the organization
- Lead initiatives to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the accounting function
- Develop, refine, document, implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures
- Provide accounting guidance on various inquiries
Requirements
- 6-12 years of public and/or corporate accounting experience, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- CPA, preferred
