Technical Writer

• Develop high-quality documentation for services and features, including, but not limited to, user guides, blogs, UI text and internal and external how-to deployment guides.
• Ability to develop customer facing documentation from highly technical product requirements and engineering feature documents.
• Work closely with engineering, customer support, product management, and other stakeholders to gather information, develop documentation for a targeted audience
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of technical information to ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to date .
• Maintain content for and manage multiple projects simultaneously, learn the products, work as an integral part of the product team.
