About the role
- Direct the day-to-day efforts for a patented custom workflow application that empowers users to provide assurance and oversight for the Board of Directors and Regulatory Community
- Manage the day-to-day priorities and execution for a team of 7+ Engineers
- Foster a collaborative team environment by building relationships with Business partners, plus Risk Product, Technology and Design partners
- Partner with the business stakeholder to gather new requirements and with technology team to deliver new features to support business needs
- Deeply understand the analytical needs of Credit Review and partner with them to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes
- Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
- Enable collaboration and ensure communication between teams
- Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments
- Conduct training to our business customers regarding the new features of our products
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- AWS certification (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience with data analytics and data modeling (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience with cloud and technology services (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience with technical optimization, architecture, and data design (preferred)
