About the role
- Drive strategy for our Strategic Partners in North & Central Europe
- Manage national operating models and Strategic Partner Business Plans (executive partner ownership, practice building, enablement at scale, marketing programs at scale, and targeting north of 35% partner-sourced business)
- Lead a team of partner managers owning relationships with Regional Partners across North & Central Europe
- Execute and maintain accountability for MOU partner investments and attainment
- Identify, build, and launch pre/post sales insertion points to accelerate access and adoption of the Wiz platform
- Drive and support enablement activities with partner sellers and technical teams
- Own escalations to ensure conflict is resolved
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partner executives to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform sales strategy and tactics
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on sales performance to executive leadership
- Demonstrate intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security solutions and their value to customers
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy aligning with company goals and objectives
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience managing and leading a team of partner managers at a top SaaS company
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to be a player-coach and contribute as an individual contributor when needed
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Experience as a Channel Matchmaker: finding the right partner for the right opportunity
- Team player and primary channel contact for field teams
- Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding
- Cloud Service Provider Marketplace experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
